Beer description

An old English yeast strain underlines the ester and yeast aromas. These are expressed with notes of red fruits and white grapes as a unique flavor. Lightly kilned malts give it its golden cream color. It is supported by the elegant, highly aromatic Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Hüll Melon hop varieties, which produce a fine, unobtrusive hop bitterness in the aftertaste.
