Beer description

Light, golden yellow, bottom-fermented Bock. The graceful recency and fine-pored foam provide a soft and round mouthfeel. The aftertaste has a subtle, delicate, grassy and subtle hop bitterness reminiscent of blossom honey, making you want to take the next sip. Nice richness and light malt sweetness pairs with a tightly woven hop bitterness, giving the bock the necessary backbone with a long and coherent finish.
