Knotted Root - Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese SPK

Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese, SPK" is an Unfiltered Triple IPA. Brewed with a gooey base of flaked oats, chit malt, and white wheat, we hopped this savory liquid with Citra, Motueka, and Riwaka with a touch of vanilla. It's cautiously inspired by the "other" brand of our favorite New Jersey delicacy. We grew up with Taylor Ham, but there is no denying this is Pork Roll. Think Trenton tomato pie, Donkey's Place, and savory breakfast sandwiches.
