Beer description
Tart and citrusy, we used over 100lbs of graham crackers in the mash, then conditioned this “goo” on milk sugar, a mound of Madagascar vanilla beans, raw cinnamon, key lime zest, and dry-hopped with Kohatu. Think key lime pie, lemon-lime meringue, and key lime tarts.
