Beer description
This recipe came from the merger between two personal recipes by Gustavo Simoni. Vanilla Bourbon Imperial Porter and Spresso Bourbon Imperial Porter. Porter is an original dark beer from the UK. In its Imperial form, it has a higher density and quantity of hops, which also generates a higher alcohol content, a liquid flavor and a peculiar and accentuated aroma. The first recipe was a beer that, already in the ripening tank, was infused with vanilla combs and Bourbon Whiskey, simulating a preservation in bourbon barrels, a process known as cask conditioning. The second recipe substituted vanilla for spresso coffee, not just the coffee bean but pressed properly prepared before brewing in the ripening tanks.
