Beer description
Blackish-brown Imperial Stout with a dense creamy foam, with a slightly smoky fruit and chocolate aroma, which come from different tones of malt with added nuances from rum oak vanilli.
Slightly malty undertones give it a similar taste to port wine - taste is soft but full-bodied and with a warming effect. On can taste ripe fruit and chocolate, while also capturing rum oak bitterish tones, which are softened by vanilla.
Aftertaste is long and malty, which are accentuated by the bitterish taste coming from roasted malt, yeast and rum oak.
This beer is not made to quench thirst by gobbling, but made for enjoying the taste and aroma sip by sip. This is a beer that can be compared to wine, which taste gets better with time. In addition, various stronger meat dishes fit with this beer very well, as well as a variety of fruits and cakes and a cup of coffee. But why not substitute dessert with it, and ensure a good night's sleep.
