This beautiful, Belgian-style farmhouse ale has grainy-sweet flavors and spiciness from the rye malt addition and finishes with a citrus kick from the addition of local lemon peel. The noble hops add a spicy, herbal quality that complements the flavor of the malt. It is an island example of a classic European style.
