Valmiermuizas Alus - Kokmuižas Meksikanis

The brew is based on classic Pilsner and Munich malts, complemented by sour barley malt and corn flakes typical of Mexican-style lagers. New Zealand 'Motueka' hops, lime zest and sea salt ensure freshness. The clear golden straw-coloured beer produces a white and particularly persistent head in the glass. The aroma has sweet malt and hints of lime. The presence of lime zest allows the freshness of the lime to be the first to blossom on the palate, but does not create the acidity characteristic of citrus fruits. In the refreshing aftertaste, sea salt is subtly embellished by fresh tropical and slightly bitter hop notes. A crisp and refreshing sip.
