Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
In order to become happy, you can come to a tree with seven branches at midnight from Thursday to Friday, water it with dew collected at the dawn of the day of the summer solstice, and recite without hesitation backwards the spell in Latin. Cut an amulet from a branch of this tree, soak it in flower honey and carry it with you everywhere. Or you can soak wild ale in a cask, mix it with apricot and drink it at any suitable time. The likelihood of success depends on preparation..... Or the shape of the glass, for that matter.
A blend of cask aged sour ales with the addition of apricot. Light, tart, tannic, moderately sour, with delicate flavours and aromas of apricot.
