Beer description
Pours clear burgundy, nice beige head with micro bubbles. Nose is cherries, gentle smokiness, delicate basement aromas. The one responsible for the salt addition was my man there- that was accurate in point!- not too little, not too much, just perfect. The same story with the peat- moderate rate, well-done. Wine tones. Dense, creamy, viscous, some warming. Curious cherry aftertaste. Overall: Excellent release.
