It's time for a late night snack! This isn't exactly the cuddly creature you might remember. We'd like to introduce you to the Kookie Monster. It's a 12% whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout brewed with massive amounts of those addictive little thin mint cookies and cacao nibs. We aged this imperial stout for 3.5 months in fresh whiskey barrels. The addition of thin mint cookies, peppermint, chocolate, and cacao nibs really turn this boozy treat into a decadent dessert.
