Silly season’s always been coinciding with cucumber harvest and we thought it would be a pity not to put some in a tank. Who else to invite to brew gose than SQBRU who knows their around salt? These two less-than-usual ingredients we topped up with some fruity, yet spicy red pepper for good measure to make it a proper salad. Kqukambr is a highly session-able gose with a touch of acidity for increased drinkability that we believe might be just the drink to refresh you by the end of the summer.
