Beer description

The Chinook IPA is a reddish brown India Pale Ale with a firm beige head. Chinook is an Indian tribe, but also the aroma hops with which the IPA was brewed. Notes of grapefruit, citrus and pine join the moderate, dry hop bitterness. The well-dosed carbon dioxide makes the beer pleasantly refreshing.
