Beer description
Märzen-style beer where the sweetness of the malts is harmoniously balanced with the herbaceous bitterness. Perfect for the long, surreal nights in Kreuzberg.
TO THE VIEW: light amber in colour, it displays excellent clarity and a compact, fine, ivory-coloured foam with good persistence.
TO THE NOSE: the first olfactory impact is centred on the malts with hints of bread crust, brioche and toasted hazelnut followed, after a few moments in the glass, by the fresher herbaceous and floral brush strokes given by the hops.
On the palate: in the mouth the fine, medium intensity carbonation and the correctly structured body support on their shoulders the structure of the malts, which expresses itself with notes of well-baked bread and McVities biscuit whose sweet tendency is balanced by the pleasant herbaceous bitterness that characterises the finish and the aftertaste in which a suave balsamic note emerges.
Nicht zu empfehlen, aber besser als so mancher andere Biere
