Beer description
As beer was produced in the Middle Ages, they are no longer able to produce it identically in their conditions and technology. But with the help of preserved information about the raw materials and procedures used, they can at least approach the taste of medieval beer.
Minipivovar Křikloun did not add salt, bile, or other “goodness” to this beer, but they focused on the taste of the previously used malts with the name of hops, which could match the taste of the earlier flattened hops.
Judge for yourself how we managed beer. Brewed on the occasion of 850 years of the first written mention of the Hodonín Castle, in whose former premises today the brewery Křiklou.
