Pivovar Kunratice - Muflon 12° Chmel

A Viennese-style beer with a darker amber color, which is achieved through the combination of Pilsner and Viennese malt and not the caramel malt typical of most black beers. This makes it palatable even to those who reject dark beers and whose drinking pleasure is impaired by the caramel taste. We use two Czech hop varieties for the hops, the Sládek variety for the bitterness and the classic semi-dry black hop Žatec for the hop aroma. It is sweet on the tongue and bitter on the palate. The semi-dark MUFLON 12 ° is suitable for a taste confrontation with its MUFLON 11 °, which is suitable for women and is also suitable for cheese and desserts.
