Kykao - Flemish Red Ale w/Sour Cherries-Mulberries-Strawberries

This beer is the result of the unquenchable artistry of our mentors from Belgium combined with passion, patience, local ingredients and devotion to tradition. A complex malty base from local grains was fermented with local wild yeast and bacteria for 2 years in a used oak barrel and then further aged for an extra year on local sourced sour cherries, strawberries and hand picked mulberries at an extreme ration of 1.2kg of fruits per liter
