Kykao - Herbal Saison - Vintage 2022

Herbal Saison is a brew infused with the aroma of wild Greek herbs. We added linden flowers, mountain tea - sideritis, lavender and cinnamon flowers, most of which were hand gathered from the mountains around the brewery. Fermented with a saison yeast strain and spend 2 months on lees, giving the beer a phenolic profile that complements the aroma of the herbs and an interesting mouthfeel!
