Kykao - Honey And Spruce Saison - Vintage 2022

A warming brew, full of spruce honey and spruce tips from a friend that has his beehives just 10km from the brewery! Spruce tips provide a light tartness and an interesting candy sweetness that balances the sweet honey aroma. This brew was aged on lees and was bâtonnaged for 2 months to get the most out of the yeast strains used. Finally the honey was used to prime the bottles and was bottled right after fermentation to get the most out of the honey!
