Beer description
A double mash Baltic Porter using beechwood smoked malt. Fermented low and slow created a complex, full bodied brew having a smooth mouthfeel with subtle hints of smoke and flavor or dark chocolate.
This version of a porter is stronger than the traditional English style and needs about 3 times the time to ferment and age! There is nothing better to express the tasty malty flavors than a lager strain!!!
