La Armada - Comandante Bouyer

In 1861, under the command of Frederic Bouyer, the Alecton crew saw a giant squid off the coast of Anaga (Tenerife). After numerous attempts to catch the animal, they only managed to bring a fragment on board and bring it to the port of Santa Cruz.
