La Beun'aise L' Amère Noel

Our Amère Noël is a festive and amazing beer. We started from our recipe for an amber beer to which we added a touch of dark malt to give it a little more color. The generous hops (we had to justify the name of this beer somehow) and the spices (cinnamon, coriander) combined with the orange peel create a taste explosion that gradually unfolds in the mouth.
