La Bieregerie Brutus

This IPA is brewed with the addition of the enzyme glucoamylase. This technique makes it possible to convert all of the sugars to obtain a raw, finely fizzy beer. A bit like a champagne. However, it remains an IPA. American and Australian hops give it very fruity and exotic aromas.
