Beer description
The Hamlet Pomegranate sister, aged with different yeasts and in different barrels. A Golden Ale, aged for 14 months in Ortrugo del Poggiarello wine barrels, with pomegranate and Brettnomyces Lambicus. A longer process, for a more pronounced sourness.
Left to rest in barrels for 20 months.
