To commemorate our new LA brewery opening its doors, this beer represents a little bit of home and a nod to new beginnings. We took a blend of stouts resting for nearly 2.5 years from our barrel cellar in Athens, GA, added almonds and pistachios to bring in that California flavor, and finished it off with a global blend of vanilla beans.
