Basqueland - La Fresa Pesa

Strawberry-powered milkshake sour IPA brewed in collaboration with everything sour masters Cervesa Màger. We started by creating a dense wort with lots of oats and lactose, which we acidified with Lactobacillus helveticus. At the end of fermentation, we added a good amount of strawberries, which gives it that vibrant color, and finished with a dry-hop of Belma hops. The sweetness of the fruit, combined with lactose, perfectly complements the beer’s acidity, resulting in a deliciously complex strawberry flavor. Try it and discover what it’s all about!
