A pale 8% beer with European hops: on the nose and palate the aromas and flavours, derived from fermentation (ripe fruit and pear), are persistent while the bitterness is not particularly intense. The yeast used, with a high degree of attenuation, does not allow the high alcohol content to be perceived and makes the beer nonetheless smooth.
