Beer description
This is the amber beer, with colour tones ranging from reddish gold to reddish brown. It is made from Munich noble malts, already used by the historic brewery. A production malt is used by combining three stages of drying, without final roasting, to enhance the colour, aroma and taste. It leaves the dominant sensation of malt sweetness on the palate. A strong and assertive beer, but with a sweet and persuasive character
