An imperial stout with chamois. A present, complex roast, with multiple grilled tones but without going overly stout/pastry. Or balanced by the bitterness and the slightly spicy side of the roast. That was the spec. Three base malts, two caramelized malts, two roasted, one roasted barley malt and one peat malt later, that's Hades, the god of hell! An imperial, complex stout that stays mega-long in the mouth without being overpowering.
