Style: Belgian Abbey Double Beer Alcohol content: 7.7%. Colour: Mahogany Bitterness: Low to medium Grain: Malted barley Hops: Columbus and Shield Fermentation: High Plus: Use of brown rock candy. Adding cumin and thyme to the whirlpool. Infusion of French oak shavings impregnated with Calvados Dominant aromas: notes of wood and thyme, nuances of candied fruit. Soft on the palate with a slightly tart note of wood on the finish.
