Gloubi and Boulga are a double collaboration between the Manufacture de Bières and the Pirates du Clain. La Gloubi is a 4.5% stout with an addition of Ebu made from Cubèbe à queue pepper brewed by the Pirates. La Boulga is a 5% Rye IPA with an addition of Ebu de poivre Cubèbe à queue, brewed at La Manuf. And you have to brew the Gloubi-boulga yourself, using the Gloubi bottle and a boulga bottle. 50/50? 70/30 ? The ratios vary in this "do-it-yourself blend". This blend allows you to change the perception of pepper, based on a Black IPA!
