Beer description
The name of the beer is derived from the five hop varieties used: Palisade from the USA, Northern Brewer from Belgium, Magnum from Belgium, Strisspalt from France and Golding from Belgium. Clear, golden beer with white head. Bitter hop notes dominate the smell, with malt and some yeast. Bitter taste, some sugar, yeast and malt. Dry finish.
