La Motte Juillet - Bock'age

Three hop varieties give the "Bock'Age" citrus aromas and a pleasant bitterness. Our beers are made from the best malts, hops and yeasts. They are brewed in the traditional way, without adding any artificial or superfluous substances. They are neither pasteurized nor filtered, but post-fermented in bottles, which creates a gentle carbonation without using the carbonation injection process. Unlike mass-produced beers, Brasserie de La Mhotte's beers continue to mature in the bottle. The yeast deposit that is at the bottom of the bottle is all natural. It shows that our beers are always alive, preserving all their freshness and aroma. The bottles are kept upright, cool (8°-12°C) and protected from light.
