Le Prospecteur - La Passion Du Christ (Pâques 2022)

Passion du Christ is a Sour Ale to which a satanic amount of passion fruit has been added. After this fermentation, brought about by God and yeast, this beer has a delicate flavour of yellow stone fruit and a very frank and direct acidity. Not only does it have an invigorating fruity nose and a good head, it is also very refreshing and thirst-quenching (SRM 5).
