La P'tite Maiz - The Little Sottiz

Born from a collaboration with Sot de l'Ange, this Berliner Weisse is a beer/wine hybrid. A Berliner with Gamay Teinturier, a fairly rare grape variety with red flesh. The result is a pink beer with controlled acidity and notes of grape tart.
