La P'tite Maiz - What we brew in the Shadow

An initial nose of liquorice, chocolate and roasted grain with notes of prunes and complex alcohols. A round mouth strongly dominated by roasting and caramel. On the finish, the hops manifest themselves by a supple bitterness with a long finish. (illu by Margaux Dory)
