Collaboration with Les Coureurs des Boires and Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles to develop a special ferment based on analyses of beers brought back from Peru.
Viracocha becomes an ouindigo metaphorised by the addition of strawberries, transforming the Chicha into Frutillada. The evil Algonquin spirit from the Isle of Bacchus comes to possess the body of the Andean beverage for the duration of a beer, corrupting its density and flavour and offering our taste buds an unparalleled mystical experience! A Peruvian-inspired beer made mainly with cornflakes and an impressive quantity of strawberries from @Ferme Léonce Plante.
