Beer description
We owe Limoilou in part to William Hedley Anderson, the son of Scottish parents, a sort of initiator of a working-class neighbourhood called Hedleyville. It was only natural to make a scotch ale in honour of the farmer, and at the same time imagine him pouring one in honour of his own origins.
Tasting notes: maple, comforting, woody, caramel
