La Source - Element Styrian

Things are happening in Slovenia... new aroma hops have appeared, we smelled them, did mini-tests and set our sights on a few of these promising varieties. Our favorite: Styrian Wolf, with its aromas that are both tropical and floral with a slight minty/weedy touch. So we decided to test the beast in full size in a Single Malt and Single HOP IPA (SMaSH) and it's very very nice!
