Beer description
Mandarina B. with an alcohol content of 4.9% vol. is the result of a blend of malted barley, oats and hops with herbaceous hints that give this beer citrus notes with a slightly bitter and persistent finish. After the first fermentation, hops of the Mandarina Bavaria variety are added cold and left to ferment.
It is a light beer with high fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle with a refreshing taste.
It is recommended to taste it with vegetables, pecorino cheese or fish appetizers.
