Here at Lab Culture, love gingerbread. Love it so much that have brewed this special winter ale to capture the essence of this warming winter staple, named Broken Leg. Inspired by everyone’s favourite, “The Gingerbread Man”, this gingerbread porter is brewed with a blend of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom and cloves. All this in a malty base, spiced porter, warming in flavour and perfect for the winter months. Like a hug from the gingerbread man himself.
