Dark and bitter dark beer. Made according to the recipe of homebrewer Dainis Mazkaļķis, which was voted the best in the 2014 Līgo Ziema beer festival. The dark chocolate in the aroma of the beer is underlined by a light fruitiness from Galaxy and Pacific Jade hops, which grows into a serious bitterness on the tongue, where it intertwines with roasted caramel.
