Beer description
What makes a pilsner Italian? Like it's elder sibling to the north-German Pils-it boasts herbal notes, a dry finish, and lingering bitterness.
Italian brewers created their own fragrant twist by dry hopping with Noble varieties, adding a stronger herbal character and aroma of fresh cut grass.
Adding our own twist on a twist, our brewers in Beijing have dry hopped this lager exclusively with Saphir, introducing a bright lemon note to the nose.
So now, is it German, Italian, or Chinese?
