From June 2024 to December 2025, the dark and strong beer retreated to mature in two different rum barrels. During this seclusion, fine rum, chocolate, honey, and treat aromas developed, which now complement each other symbiotically as a Barrique Blend. Our brewmaster Christian Zieger brewed the malty Baltic beer style from six different malts, two types of hops, and with great care. Sweet and strong yet extremely elegant, this barrel-aged Baltic Porter envelops the palate of the connoisseur. It warms and delights the senses long after the last sip. A symbiosis like no other, which cannot be found in any textbook and can only be created by artists - we are speechless and allow ourselves another sip.
