Printenmann is a naturally cloudy, chestnut-brown strong beer based on a Belgian Dubbel style. Its spicy notes come from the addition of an original Aachen Printen spice blend containing cinnamon, coriander, aniseed, allspice, and marzis blossom.
The idea for this collaboration brew came from beer sommelier Silvio Reiß, who runs a specialty beer shop called “Vintäsch – Heimat der Bierkultur” (Vintäsch – Home of Beer Culture) in Stolberg near Aachen. It was put into practice by the Lahnsteiner Brewery.
