Lakefront My Turn Series: Chuck

Chuck wanted to brew a Malt Liquor, because he “wanted to boldly go where no Lakefront beer has gone before.” And boldly go we did, all the way to Germany for heirloom Barke malts made from an all-but-forgotten, centuries-old barley variety. Look forward to a German Lager, almost Maibock-like dimension in this Malt Liquor: intense malt aromas of clover honey and fresh-baked biscuits, and a robust malty sweetness coupled with notes of almond and hazelnut.
