Belgian style IPA brewed with Belgian Trappist yeast. Copper-colored beer with short-lived, almost white head of foam. Gentle yeast smell, with gentle hop notes and malty caramel flavors. In the taste one finds light tones of the Belgian yeast, in addition to coriander, a little pear and also pine notes. Medium bitterness.
