Aroma- quite weak, some honey and floral notes in the first place. In the background, also some chocolate. Dark brown, clear, with almost no head. Taste- nothing special, just chocolate, honey and floral notes. No roastiness, cocoa, bitterness. After some time come also pleasant wooden note and maybe even subtle vanilla. Quite empty in the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, with a low carbonation. All in all, I'm disappointed. Sus scorfa in mead barrel was much, much better.
