Beer description
Polaris seduces with roasted coffee and chocolate flavours, offers a wonderful head and surprises with fruity notes.
Stout (English for strong) is originally a stronger brewed porter and the "labourer's beer" of the 18th century in Great Britain. This beer style is dominated by roasted malt flavours. The hops actually play a subordinate role.
Our stout impresses with a balanced flavour of chocolate and coffee with a medium body. The use of oat flakes results in a creamy and stable foam, which provides a wonderful colour contrast to the deep black colour.

These hops provide a refreshingly fruity aroma in the background, which harmonises perfectly with the roasted malt in the foreground Princess Polaris can be distinguished from other stouts by the special hops used (including Polaris and Citra hops).
Hops
Polaris dual hop, Tettnanger aromatic hop, Citra - HBC 394 aromatic hop
