Mundy Pond – Amber Ale. Citrus and floral notes from Cascade and Centennial hops are rounded out with smooth malt character. Notes of biscuit, fresh baked bread, and toffee compliment this bitter amber ale.
The nose is very light malt & hops. The taste is slightly bitter citrus hops with notes of bread & toffee with a light bitter aftertaste that fades fast. Not bad overall.
